Who We Are
In 2010, Steve Goodyear founded ESG & Associates, a marketing and communications consultancy focusing on identifying and articulating strategic marketing messages for clients. In 2022, ESG & Associates was transformed into a travel blog. After more than 40 years traveling the globe on personal excursions and professional business, Goodyear and his wife Jane (that’s her below) will turn the focus of this site to destinations they are familiar with from those trips as well as insights from current travel.
What We Do
Case studies will become focused on locations. Why to go there, where to stay and eat and local perspectives. They will also touch on the various interactions we have with local dogs, cats chickens et al. This is a work in progress so please be patient

There is no cost to use this site. As such, all opinions and recommendations are purely my own and viewers are free to use them at their own risk. I will endeavor to respond to genuine requests (trolls are everywhere) for information in a reasonable timeframe. I will be happy to share sources of information that may provide more or better perspectives. Hopefully this site can help you to prioritize your travel to the most satisfying end.
